Kohl Black Eyeliner

Liquid Eyeliner Pen

How to Use:
Step 1
Using the Liquid Liner Pen, draw a very fine line, starting from the inner corner of the eye as close as possible to the lash line.
Step 2
Sweep the pen across the lash line and start to thicken the line as you get closer to the outer corner of the eye.
Step 3
Create an upward flick approximately 2mm up and out from the outer corner of your eye.Bring the pen back towards the centre of the lash line and fill in any gaps in between.
Step 4
To create definition, use the Kohl Pencil to darken the waterline & apply under the lower lash line for high impact.
